Jeff Mejia, a native of New York City, is a distinguished alum of Hofstra University, holding both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Finance. His illustrious career began as Director of Sales and Marketing at Chronax Consulting Corp in 2010, where his extensive finance background shone.

In 2017, Jeff founded LSG Software Solutions and Nextra IT Solutions, earning him recognition in Forbes and other prestigious publications. These dynamic companies, specializing in web development and advertising, have left an indelible mark in NY, Miami, and the Dominican Republic. Jeff’s leadership, fusing financial acumen with IT expertise, positions him as an innovative force.

His decisive decision-making, astute market understanding, and effective team leadership drive the organic growth of his ventures. Renowned for forging robust partnerships, Jeff skillfully guides teams in South Florida and New York City, contributing significantly to business success and expansion. Noteworthy is his management of 58,000 billboards nationwide, a testament to his impactful presence in the advertising sector on a grand scale.

Brendan Herley

A well-regarded commercial banker with almost 30 years’ experience in trade finance, structured trade and syndicated loans, particularly in emerging markets. Brendan regularly provides advisory services to clients and colleagues related to prevailing market conditions, potential risks and their impact on profitability. He also participates in industry panel discussions.

After starting his career with a forfaiting house (in London and New York) for 8 years, Brendan has held senior positions in 3 global commercial banks as well as business development roles for 3 growing trade fintechs. He’s also served on ITFA Americas’ advisory board for over 17 years, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Geography from University College London and a Master’s degree in International Relations and Diplomacy from London University’s School of Oriental and African Studies.
